Be the face of OSCO for guests staying with us in Lisbon and our western European homes. You'll handle pre-arrival, check-in, in-stay support, and the small daily details that turn a good stay into a memorable one. We're looking for someone fluent in Portuguese and English, who treats every message like the only message that matters.

Operations Specialist — Tokyo

Full-time · Tokyo-based · Reports to Rafael Pereira

Keep our Tokyo homes running. You'll coordinate cleaning, maintenance, vendor relationships, and the rhythm of bookings — turning over apartments between guests like they were always meant to be empty and waiting. We're looking for someone organized, calm under pressure, and fluent in Japanese and English.

Brand Photographer — Remote

Project-based · Travel required · Reports to Nora Takeda

Document new OSCO homes across the world as we open them. You'll travel to each city, capture the apartment in day and night, and bring back imagery that becomes the soul of our marketing. We're looking for a photographer with a portfolio of architectural / interior work and a willingness to be on a plane every few weeks.
